1. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances), left Yoko Uchi (outside middle block) and right Yoko Uke (inside middle block)
  2. Open the right hand and grab the attacker's right wrist.
  3. Placing your left palm on the attacker's right elbow, pivot 135 degrees into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and place the attacker's right wrist on your right knee.



2. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances), right Yoko Uchi (outside middle block) and left Yoko Uke (inside middle block).
  2. Open the left hand, step with your right leg behind the attacker's right leg.
  3. Thrust your right palm under the attacker's chin while pulling with your right h
  4. and and planting your right foot.



3. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back 90 degrees with your right leg back into natural stance while blocking with a double Shuto (open hands)
  2. Place your leg hand over the attacher's right fist with your left thumb between the attacker's first two knuckles and your left hand on top of it.
  3. Step forwards into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) while folding your attacker's right arm.
  4. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and take the attacker down.



4. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back 90 degrees with your left leg back into natural stance with a right (open hand) scooping block.
  2. Step into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) while grabbing the attacker's right fist with both hands
  3. Step into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) while swinging the attacker's right arm around and behind your waist.



5. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances), right Yoko Uchi (outside middle block) and left Yoko Uke (inside middle block).
  2. Open the left hand and grab the attacker's right wrist
  3. Placing your right palm inside the attacker's right elbow, pivot 135 degrees into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and place the attacker down.



6. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances), right Yoko Uchi (outside middle block) and left Yoko Uchi (outside middle block).
  2. Right Yoko Uke (inside middle block) and right roundhouse knee kick.
  3. Stepping back with right leg into Shiko Dachi (Sumo Stances) while doing a left elbow strike to the back of the attacker's head.
  4. Extend your left arm in front of the attacker's chest and push the attacker back while lifting your left heel.



7. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Slide 45 degrees to the left and turn 180 dregrees into Neko Ashi DachI (cat stances) with a left Yoko Uchi (outside middle block) and a right shuto.
  2. Grab attacker's right wrist with right hand and thrust a right Yoko Geri (side kicki) behind attacker's right knee.
  3. Right roundhouse knee kick to the right ribs.
  4. Stepping with right leg into Zenkutsu Dachi (Forward Stances) and right tsuki (punch) strike to the back of the attacker's head.



8. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances), left Yoko Uchi (outside middle block) right Yoko Uke (inside middle block).
  2. Step up beside right side of the attacker.
  3. Step behind in natural stances and place both hands on the attacker's shoulders.
  4. Step back in right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and pull attacker to the ground.



9. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Yoko Uchi (outside middle block).
  2. Slide (45 degrees) forwards into reverse left cat stances (Neko Ashi Dachi) with a right elbow strike to the ribs.
  3. Step into Shiko Dachi (riding stances) (90 degrees to the attacker with back touching the attacker’s right shoulder) and left elbow strike to the ribs and right elbow to the kidney.
  4. Pull back into Left Neko Ashi Dachi (cat stances) and left Yoko Geri (side kick).
  5. Left Zenkutsu Dachi (forward stances) and right Tsuki (punch).



10. ATTACKER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and left Harai Uke (low block).
  2. Step forwards into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances) and right Tsuki (punch) to the middle section.
DEFENDER:
  1. Step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi (forwards stances), left Yoko Uchi (outside middle block) right Yoko Uke (inside middle block).
  2. Grab attacker right hand.
  3. Pivot 180 degrees into right Zenkutsu Dachi (forward stance).
